Thank you for choosing ConstMind. We strive to deliver highest quality digital products, web software, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms.
1. Custom Software Development Services
For custom engineering and product development engagements, work is performed according to milestone agreements. Milestone payments are non-refundable once milestone deliverables have been inspected and approved by the client.
2. Digital Store Products
If you purchase a digital store product or template directly from ConstMind, refunds may be granted within 14 days of purchase if the digital asset is proven to have critical unresolvable technical defects.
3. Subscriptions & SaaS
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to your subscription tier until the end of the prepaid period.
